Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Ready website at aiready.cat and the AI Ready platform (the "Service"), operated by Hunt Gather Create ("AI Ready", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

AI Ready helps website owners prepare their sites to be read, summarized, and cited by AI systems. The Service generates llms.txt and llms-full.txt files, per-page markdown, summaries, audits, citation-readiness scores, and tests that send page content to third-party AI providers. Features and outputs may change over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Authorization to analyze websites

When you submit a URL, domain, or content for analysis, you represent and warrant that:

You own the website or are otherwise authorized to submit it for analysis.
Your submission and our processing of it will not violate any law or any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and contractual rights.
You have the authority to send the submitted content to the third-party AI providers used by the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for your use of the outputs we generate.

Third-party AI providers

The Service relies on third-party AI providers, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity, to perform comprehension, extraction, citation, and hallucination tests. By using these features, you direct us to transmit your submitted content to those providers, and you agree that their processing is governed by their own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the outputs, availability, or practices of third-party providers.

AI-generated outputs, including summaries, scores, citation results, and test findings, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Citation and ranking results from AI systems are inherently noisy and vary over time. You should independently verify outputs before relying on them. We do not promise any specific citation, ranking, indexing, or search-visibility result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to analyze websites you are not authorized to submit.
Violate any law or the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated requests or by circumventing rate limits.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
Use the Service to build a competing product by copying its features or outputs at scale.
Submit malicious code or content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or others.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on prospective notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by AI Ready and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content as needed to provide the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers. As between you and us, you own the outputs generated for your account, subject to any rights of third-party providers and any rights in the underlying source content.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Some AI providers do not yet crawl or fetch llms.txt files; the Service is positioned to be ready when they do, and we make no guarantee about third-party adoption.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY AI SYSTEM WILL CITE, INDEX, OR RANK YOUR CONTENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI READY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Ready and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, including claims that your submitted content infringed a third party's rights or that you were not authorized to submit it.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
