Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Ready ("AI Ready", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Hunt Gather Create , collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website at aiready.cat and the AI Ready platform (the "Service").

AI Ready helps website owners make their sites readable and citable by AI systems. To do this, the Service crawls URLs you submit, processes page content, and sends that content to third-party AI providers for analysis. This policy describes what that means for your data and the data of the sites you analyze.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to two groups:

  • Account holders who sign up for and use the Service.
  • Website data that account holders submit for analysis, including page content, robots.txt files, sitemaps, and access logs.

If you submit a website for analysis, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that your use of the Service complies with the policies of any third party whose content you submit.

AI providers and sub-processors

A core function of the Service is sending page content to third-party AI providers to test how those systems understand and cite your content. When you run a test or generate a summary, content from the relevant pages is transmitted to one or more of the following providers :

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google (Gemini)
  • Perplexity

Each provider processes the data under its own terms and privacy practices. We send only the content needed to perform the requested operation. We rely on the Vercel AI SDK to route requests across providers.

We also use service providers for hosting, storage, payment processing, and analytics. A current list of sub-processors is available on request .

How we share information

We share information only:

  • With the AI providers and sub-processors described above, to deliver the Service.
  • With service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • To comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Ready, our users, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.
